Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 48 hrs of delivery.
  
• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
  
• Sale items and personalised jewellery are non-returnable.
  
• Exchanges are currently not available.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For a smooth resolution, please keep an unboxing video of the package as proof of the condition in which the order was received.

Once the issue is verified, we'll assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
